Sharry Edwards, Founder of HBA Vocal Profiling is on the cutting edge of this science has and been accused of being too scientific by some, too esoteric by others. In actuality she is a bridge between both fields of inquiry. Her unique auditory abilities allow her to “hear” each person’s Signature Sound and that ability led to serious questions about what those sounds could possibly mean? She has been tested in many labs and still uses her toning abilities to work with people who have no voice. Her curiosity and her need to make a difference led her to develop a scientific format for computational biology using the sounds of the human voice.

Sharry calls this new field of discovery Sonoistry. Just as we have a system of basic elements that we call, chemistry, there is a basic set of sounds/frequencies that can monitor, predict and manage biological function. String theory found a basis for the existence of DNA; Sonistry is the basic system for RNA. (DNA is the pattern; RNA maintains the pattern.) Sharry is the acknowledged pioneer in the emerging field of Human BioAcoustic Vocal Profiling. She has for many years provided the leading-edge research to show the voice as a holographic representation of the body. Sharry looks for ways to make people aware of her discoveries because she knows people do not have to be ill, not for recognition - yet she has justifiably received it - The International Association of New Science (IANS) awarded her its top honor, Scientist of the Year.

Just a little of Sharry's background, the very early part... she always had a special sense of closeness to the earth. Her grandmother had unusual ears and could hear sounds coming from people and Sharry inherited that gift. She assumed that everyone heard sounds everywhere and as a young child, when her family would decide each year what crops to grow, Sharry would insist that they should grow "this" or should not grow "that" because mother earth told her so. In taking Sharry's class we were impressed with her depth of knowledge and the breadth of her curriculum with its many ways to approach vocal profiling ...an emerging science based on ancient knowledge, [Pythagoras interest in sound and that mathematics could predict everything in reality.] As she puts it, "it's a bit philosophy, a bit medicine, math, biochemistry, esoteric, science, history and future." But first, wait until you hear of Sharry's recent and rare trip to the doctor to remove a small object stuck in her throat, she was sent home with a diagnosis of the brain sending wrong signals... a precursor of stroke.
