"Creativity, Compassion and Health"
In the western culture we tend to categorize everything, we take a look at what we think about creativity, the difference between man and animal, and the similarities. The thinking process and our perception; is it the same process every day or is it transforming into a new perception, e.g.. landscape artist - creativity in classic medicine. In quantum physics there are no facts, there is quantum flux. "Transformation is an aspect of any creativity -from metabolic (basic physical) to spiritual levels. We are co-creators of the divine re-creating the universe." How does creativity relate to our health? Very important! His new book has a chapter on food preparation; story of an experience dining with cultures far from our own. Hygienics are a western narcosis, yet after a while "it makes a tremendous shift, something opens up in you, something lost on modern society." We have isolated ourselves from everything, and we manufacture wars and suffering. Have you noticed you are alive? Notice your breath, you are breathing the breath that all things breath. We are being nurtured by life, we don't need to be afraid and aggressive. We are designed for creating beyond physical survival. Homosapien, a junk word, not the best definition for human beings, their behavior and potential. "We don't feel ourselves as being alive (until you really think about it) and then you realize you are life!"

"Regaining Wisdom in Health"
First, all about tissue salts which are very effective and forgiving in case of overdose, however our audience is reminded that much of the homeopathic remedies need to be handled with care and knowledge otherwise there can be adverse reactions. Then a little history starting with European homeopathy in 1800 and how homeopathic remedies came about. David shares his latest contemplations on the perspective of disease being the medicine. The root word of health refers to wholeness, in the Bible the body is defined as a holy temple "we are actually these temples." Amazingly, leading edge biology is combining with quantum physics and finally coming together, super senior scientists are now studying models used 1000s of years ago and recognizing we are dealing with a consciousness! Old Ayurvedic texts describe atoms (Anu), and each one had a consciousness. The word human in Sanskrit, humanos, means the body mind, a divinely infused mind body person. All cultures have recognized these things, yet "the West has gotten so sidetracked, and we call it a new paradigm, it's not new!" How did our society become so fixated solely on the body as our main expression? Conventional medicine focuses too much on the parts and not the whole, it needs to move back towards the center. "Like with our car, we take our body to the 'mechanic' to fix a part."

"Simple Healing and Healthy Wisdom"
Dr. Russell brings a wonderful new understanding of health and illness. His study of "classical" medicine --Chinese, Tibetan, Ayurveda, etc. included learning the languages to understand practices which have been going on for centuries, all using a different approach yet actually doing the same thing. Dr. David realized the principles of medicine are truly simple while the mechanics of nature are very complex, all becomes complementary. The word 'Holistic' does not exclude conventional medicine, it means whole + sacred + holy, conventional medicine by itself reduces the parameters of the patient's ultimate reality, and avoids integrating holistic approaches due to fear. "Culturally we are afraid of disease, aging, and death. Health has no opposite, health embraces disease, the disease is really the medicine." Why he wrote the book and the importance of the relationship between doctor and patient, both should take an equal part in the process "we don't do healing at all, it's the patient's body and mind that heals, we are just the facilitators, honoring health in the patient towards moving into a greater life." The book challenges how we underrate life in so many ways, and he talks about high-tech medicine and 'old ways' ...simple remedies that include the highest achievers of cures in the plant kingdom. His book will prepare you to deal very differently, and much more naturally, with your and your family's health.
